Fully Maintained Business
Car Leasing

Maintenance packages can be very beneficial to businesses that have a fleet of vehicles and to individuals who do a high mileage per annum.

We don't really recommend maintenance packages to private individuals who drive a low mileage.

What is a maintenance package?

It provides you with a fixed monthly cost for your maintenance and servicing - and includes full cover for:

  1. Routine servicing
  2. Tyre replacement
  3. Exhaust replacement

Why it's beneficial?

For businesses with a fleet

If you're responsible for organising company vehicles, then anything that helps to make this job easier and less hassle is a good thing.

Maintenance packages offer convenience. Just call one number and someone will arrange to pick up the vehicle and carry out the necessary servicing-repairs.

You'll also receive preferential treatment in terms of booking in.

For high mileage drivers

If you're a high mileage driver, maintenance will give you complete peace of mind. You won't have to worry about costly and unexpected servicing and repair bills.

Is it available with any leasing agreement?

Maintenance packages are available on Contract Hire, Contract Purchase, Personal Contract Hire and Personal Contract Purchase products. In most cases, the fixed monthly charge is added to your monthly leasing payment - so it's easy.

What does it cost?

It depends on your mileage and the type of vehicle you lease. It typically ranges from £10 per month upwards. If you would like a quote select any of our non maintained offers then either submit the enquiry or give us a call on the above number.

What's included in a maintenance package?

  1. All vehicles are serviced in line with manufacturers recommended servicing intervals - at our preferred suppliers
  2. Any repairs required are also carried out through our preferred suppliers - for a quality service.
  3. Premium brand tyres are always fitted, with tyre replacements being unlimited on wear(subject to exclusions as below).
Any tyre with a tread depth of 2mm or less across the central 3 quarters (the legal minimum is 1.6mm) will be replaced.

Exclusions from contract

Windscreens are not included as seen as damage and can be covered by your insurance,

Routine top up of fluids - such as engine oil and washer fluid etc - are excluded. As are any repairs caused through accidental damage.

Certain funders will only replace tyres on wear and not damage as this is seen as driver fault. Please ask us when quoting and we can confirm whether this is included or not.

Also any repairs or replacements caused by driver abuse or by failure to keep to the manufacturers agreed service intervals, are not included in the contract.
